Supporting pupils with SEND within the classroom
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Supporting learning, engagement and emotional regulation
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Promoting independence, confidence and positive behaviour
Experienced SEND Teaching Assistants
Support staff with ASD, ADHD or SEMH experience
Graduates considering careers in SEND or education
Individuals with a calm and resilient approach
Experience supporting pupils with additional needs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
