- Provide one-on-one or small group Tutoring sessions, either in-person or through remote/online platforms
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure student success
- Collaborate with our client's team of educators and administrators to align Tutoring efforts with the broader educational objectives
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and any other relevant information
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies, educational trends, and subject-matter developments
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic discipline
- Previous experience as a Tutor, teacher, or educational professional, preferably in the Wokingham area
- Strong subject-matter expertise and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate students
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust teaching approaches based on individual student needs
- Proficiency in using various educational technologies and online platforms for remote/hybrid Tutoring
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed
- Availability to work a flexible, part-time schedule that meets the needs of our client and their students
