We are Ambitious!
That’s why we need determined & motivated people like you, to help us to deliver critical works on behalf of our customers...

The Role...

Ahead of our operational teams arriving at their destination to carry out their activities, you will be surveying and assessing the immediate and surrounding work area, specifically looking for hazards and blockers.

Your specific responsibility is to reduce the number of aborted planned works, ensure our teams only carry out activities if it is safe to do so, that productivity is high, and the overall operation is cost-efficient.

All work orders should be delivered safely, correctly and on time, and you will be assisting in this objective through excellent planning, communication, and collaboration.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved in...

  • Coordinate with planners and operational supervisors to ensure site access, permits, and required documentation are in place ahead of scheduled works
  • Liaise with customers, internal teams and stakeholders to confirm readiness
  • Identify and resolve potential issues before operational teams attend site
  • Track and analyse aborted visits to drive continuous improvement

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate…

Operational experience in the water industry would be an advantage but not essential.

A proactive and problem solving mindset with excellent communication skills

A full and valid UK Driving license.
