The Role
Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Ensure the smooth running of facilities.
Liaise with contractors.
Perform maintenance compliance tasks including: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical systems, Resident emergency systems, Equipment repairs, Interior and exterior finishes.
