Location: Rushmoor, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3DF Salary: £41,000per annum, plus excellent benefits Schedule: Full time
- 40 hours per week, Seasonal Hours, Summer Months 7am -4pm, Winter Months 7.30-3.

Ready to impact a better future?As a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor in our Rushmoor Contract Service team, you’ll support the smooth delivery of grounds services that help create safe, well‑kept spaces for the community.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, ensure work meets required standards, and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Your leadership will help create positive environments that enhance local areas and support the wellbeing of the people who use them.
What you’ll do as a Grounds Maintenance SupervisorYou’ll be entrusted to:
- Supervise and co‑ordinate programme works within the grounds maintenance regime across daily, weekly and monthly cycles.
- Produce and manage annual work programmes aligned with contract quality performance standards.
- Prepare annual site development plans focused on continuous improvement.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within required deadlines.
- Monitor, inspect and uphold high standards of completed work, addressing issues promptly.
- Communicate key performance indicators clearly and ensure targets are met.

- Experience working within a grounds maintenance environment.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident IT abilities, including the analysis and preparation of detailed reports.
- Experience developing improvement plans in a performance‑driven environment.
- Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate colleagues.
Vetting and checks:A Standard DBS check will be carried out for this position. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands, and warnings as permitted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be completed so we can ensure you have the necessary support to perform your duties.
