The Administrator role will be part of a job share 2 mornings a week. This requires an ‘early bird’ who is able to start at 06.45am on Monday and Tuesday to ensure that staff absences are covered in the classroom.
Candidates should be organised, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, and have the ability to work collaboratively with the cover supervisor team, outside agencies, teachers, support staff, SLT and students. The successful candidate will be computer literate and ideally have a knowledge of the school information system, SIMS.

Benefits of working at Chosen Hill School Include:
• Local Government Pension Scheme with generous employer contribution
• Cycle to work scheme
• Free coffee,
• Free onsite parking
• Employee assistance programme
• Free breakfast

Commitment to safeguarding
“Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is everyone's responsibility. Everyone who comes into contact with children and their families and carers has an important role to play in safeguarding children. School staff are particularly important as they are in a position to identify concerns early and provide help for children to prevent concerns from escalating. All school staff have a responsibility to provide a safe environment in which children can learn. This means that they should consider, at all times, what is in the best interests of the child.”(Keeping Children Safe in Education, 2022)
