About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Residential Property Professional to lead the endtoend sales process for new homes delivered by Trafford Developments, our Council-owned development company. You’ll manage everything from preparing properties for market and coordinating sales strategies to guiding purchasers through reservation, exchange and completion. Working closely with our development, legal and marketing teams, you’ll ensure a smooth, positive buyer experience and help maximise the impact of our housing programme. This is a great opportunity to shape highquality development that directly benefits Trafford’s communities.

About You

You’ll bring a proactive, organised and customerfocused approach to managing the full sales journey for new homes. You’ll have experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and be confident working with legal, development and marketing teams to deliver smooth, timely completions. You’ll be comfortable analysing information, solving problems and taking ownership to keep projects moving. Your communication skills will help you build positive relationships with purchasers and colleagues, and you’ll thrive in a role where attention to detail, good judgement and a commitment to delivering highquality outcomes make a real difference for Trafford’s communities.
