As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of a newly opened nursery, working across rooms to maintain standards, ratios, and routines. The role involves regular time in rooms alongside practitioners, with shared responsibility for staffing, practice, and compliance. Each room is fully resourced and designed for daily indoor and outdoor use, with consistent routines across the setting.

What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Recent experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or Third in Charge
