Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our city centre based client to recruit an experienced Business Support Officer on a full time, permanent basis.
The postholder will provide effective, high quality administrative, organisational and operational support to the business.
Key Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
· Administrative and operational support
· Business systems and process management
· Financial and commercial support
· Project and service delivery support
· Customer, client and stakeholder liaison
· Data reporting and compliance
· Social media management
Person Specification:
· Strong administrative experience in a business, consultancy or public-sector environment
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information in line with GDPR
· Ability to use social media to assist the senior leadership in building the company profile
· Use of financial software for management to produce all company invoices and track payments
· Ability to use initiative to organise and coordinate company events with minimal support from senior leadership
· High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and document control
· Flexible approach and commitment to meet demanding deadlines
In return our client is offering:
· Discretionary bonus, based on personal and company performance
· 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
· 23 paid holidays per year in addition to statutory holidays
· 1 paid volunteering day per year
