Crynodeb
Plan and organise a broad range of complex activities and the formulation of plans. Present highly complex, sensitive or contentious information and/or training to groups, including to Trust Board. Support the Chief Medical Officer in providing strong, positive, inclusive and professional leadership of doctors at NWAFT. Develop strong and effective partnerships with Clinical Leaders across the organisation. In conjunction with Medical HR/Workforce, responsible for ensuring compliance with pertinent Trust policies, such as job planning, medical appraisal and revalidation, including the development and review of procedures and policies as required. In conjunction with Medical HR/Workforce, support work to ensure the effectiveness of the medical workforce, using the scorecard as a tool and evidenced in part by a high compliance rate with job planning, appraisal and mandatory training, monitoring of disciplinary / conduct issues.
