The successful candidate will lead on quality assurance within the Academy The successful candidate will need to have strong leadership skills and embed the Academy ethos across the organisation. For this position you must have the following: Degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England Experience of supervising or mentoring staff Practice Educator (Stage 2) qualification or working towards this.
