Job Summary: The post holder will work within an integrated, multi-professional inpatient team, delivering care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, and the Ward Manager. The role involves supporting rehabilitation interventions for a diverse range of patients. You will provide high-quality care to patients requiring rehabilitation and sub-acute support within a physical health inpatient unit. This includes patients stepping down from acute hospital settings and those stepping up from the community to prevent acute hospital admission. The post holder will report to the Senior Nurse in charge during weekends and overall to the Ward Manager, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and efficiently. You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality care across a seven-day service, meeting the individual needs of patients.
