Driving Duties Patient Transport Drivers must have at least 2 years driving experience and hold a full manual driving licence. Those applicants with points and endorsements will be asked to declare them in their application. These declarations will be checked, and applicants may not be successful if their licence status is deemed to not align with the requirements of the role. PTD duties also include driving Trust vehicles, in a manner that provides a safe and smooth journey for their passengers, following the highway code.
