We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Senior Physiotherapist to make a significant contribution to our Paediatric Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Team. If you are a motivated Physiotherapist seeking to excel in a specialist role within a progressive and supportive environment, working alongside clinical experts, we encourage you to apply.
• Independently manage an outpatient caseload of musculoskeletal paediatrics, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plans within a supportive environment of clinical experts
• Independently deliver a range of 1:1 physiotherapy interventions and lead group sessions within our well-equipped gym and hydrotherapy pool, adapting your approach to meet the specific needs of each child and adolescent.
• Actively contribute to the development of a Therapy workforce, educating and supervising entry-level physiotherapists, physiotherapy students and support workforce, fostering their learning and integration within the paediatric MSK service.
• Fully participate in the service's commitment to continued professional development and actively contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives and in-service training programme.
