We are now recruiting for an Early Years Degree Apprentice to join our team with an immediate start in nursery, ahead of a September start on the degree programme.
This is a genuine learn while you earn opportunity.
About the Role
As a Degree Apprentice, you will:
• Work 3 days per week within one of our nursery settings
• Study 2 days per week with the training provider/university
• Complete the programme over 2–3 years
• Gain a full Early Years degree
• Build hands-on experience in high-quality, Outstanding nursery environments
More2Nurseries will cover the full teaching and study costs of the degree programme
You will be paid while you train
(Please note: funding covers the tuition/study element of the degree. Standard employment terms apply.)
Six-Month Suitability Period
Before being enrolled onto the degree programme, you will be required to successfully complete a six-month suitability probation period with us.
This ensures the role, expectations and level of commitment are right for both you and More2Nurseries before progressing to degree-level study.
Progression onto the degree apprenticeship is subject to:
• Successful completion of the probation period
• Demonstrating professional capability and commitment
• Continued eligibility and acceptance onto the course
Entry Requirements
To be eligible, you must have:
• Level 3 or Level 5 Early Years qualification
• GCSEs in Maths, English and Science (grade requirements apply)
Important Information
Entry onto the Early Years Degree Apprenticeship also requires:
• A separate application
• A formal interview process
• Acceptance onto the course by the university/training provider in Greenwich
Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee a place on the programme. We will support suitable candidates through the application process.
