Hours: 40hrs per week
Salary: £22,000 - with salary earning potential of £35k+ upon completion of the course!

How does a degree apprenticeship work?
As an Apprentice Building Services Manager, you will support a successful team involved in the tendering, design, construction, and commissioning of MEP building services systems, gaining hands-on experience and training throughout the process.
You will study towards a BEng qualification with our university partner, London South Bank, all tuition and accommodation fees covered by us.
You will collaborate with our teams through the whole project lifecycle through tendering and pre-construction, design, construction, commissioning, and handover. Gaining a structured insight and understanding of the business functions will allow you to develop and support the business as well a guide your future career path selection.
You will also be supported by a Building Services Mentor and Building Services Buddy who will support you on the journey to becoming a Building Services Manager.
Your day to day will include:
-Support in the design, development, and coordination, and construction of building services systems on a range of exciting and varied projects from different sectors.
-Work closely with our Building Services Managers to develop and refine design concepts that meet client specifications and comply with industry standards and sustainability criteria.
-Support in the preparation of detailed design solutions working with our Design Managers, Pre-Construction Team and Commercial Teams.
-Support the preparation of technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules.
-Stay informed of industry trends, new technologies, and sustainability practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of building services systems.
-Assist in the management and delivery of our projects on site.
-Attending university during pre-determined block weeks to attend lectures and meet other students on your course

To enrol onto your degree, you will need:
-5 GCSE at Grade 4 or above including Maths and English
-3 A-Levels must include Maths
-Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma (MPP) in a construction or engineering related topic (must include Maths & further Maths)
-Other Level 3 BTEC National Diploma (MM) in an Engineering subject (must include Maths & further Maths)
