Are you an experienced Speech and Language Therapist looking for a flexible role in a supportive SEND setting?

Do you have a strong background supporting autistic and neurodivergent children and young people?

KPi Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded SEND provision in Southall to recruit an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to support pupils aged 11–25.

Key Requirements

To be considered, you must:

• Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist
• Be HCPC registered (essential)
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the child workforce
• Have experience working with children and young people aged 4–25
• Have experience supporting SEND, autistic, and neurodivergent pupils
• Be confident carrying out assessments, planning interventions, and writing detailed reports
• Be available to start ASAP

Please note: This role is not suitable for newly qualified therapists.

About the Role

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:

• Work full-time supporting pupils with a range of communication needs
• Deliver therapy on-site in Southall
• Support pupils with ASD, SEMH needs, speech and language delay, and complex SEND
• Carry out assessments and implement targeted intervention programmes
• Produce high-quality reports to support EHCPs and annual reviews
• Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct therapy, modelling strategies, and guidance to school staff
• Support during a period of ongoing recruitment and service development

• Confident, proactive, and able to work autonomously
• Strong knowledge of communication disorders and evidence-based interventions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Compassionate, professional, and committed to improving outcomes for SEND learners
• Comfortable delivering therapy sessions online where required
