You will join as a Guest Services Assistant, supporting the Front Office and wider hotel team to deliver a smooth, friendly and professional guest journey. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in excellent service and is looking to build a career in hospitality within a five-star environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first point of contact

• Support guest arrivals and departures, including luggage assistance where required

• Respond to guest enquiries, service requests and concerns promptly and courteously

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently

• Maintain tidy and welcoming front-of-house and guest-facing public areas

• Follow hotel procedures, service standards and health & safety guidelines

• Support the wider Guest Services and Front Office team during busy periods

Person Specification

• Friendly and approachable manner with a genuine interest in guest service

• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests and colleagues

• Willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Reliable, punctual and professional in appearance and conduct

• Able to work as part of a team and independently when required

• Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
