Crynodeb
Working as part of the Multi-disciplinary Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of delivery of psychological services to individuals with serious and enduring mental health difficulties. You will work closely with the Adult Mental Health Psychological Services Lead and will take on additional responsibilities for supporting Adult Mental Health Psychological Services across the trust alongside other Consultant and Senior Therapies Colleagues. You will be experienced in working with individuals with complex needs delivering therapies and also supervising other therapists and ensuring a high level of practice governance. You will contribute to the reduction of risk in all areas of responsibility. To undertake additional psychological services trust leadership duties as defined by the Head of AMH Psychological Services To hold a psychological therapies clinical caseload and to work as part of the multi disciplinary service.
