Summary
Job plan 10 PAs total 7.5 DCC / 2.5 SPA SPA time includes core professional activities and agreed noncore SPA, which may include: Paediatric Emergency Medicine leadership Safeguarding Education and supervision Research and quality improvement Clinical leadership development Job plans are reviewed annually and supported through an inclusive and equitable jobplanning process.
