Beeches is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may also present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.Your day-to-day Provide a general housekeeping service & ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness Conduct regular staff supervision & annual appraisals Carry out daily & weekly cleaning regimes & monitor stock & equipment Employ safe working practices & adhere to health & safety procedures Comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations Monitor & audit the level of service provided against the agreed standards.You have... Previous supervisory experience COSHH & Health & Safety training Experience in housekeeping or domestic work in care/hospital setting A friendly, conscientious & positive attitude Good communication skills The ability to maintain confidential information.Why Cygnet?
