Summary
Join us as a Receptionist in Swindon where you will be required to carry out duties in a busy environment, no two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to carve out a career with the biggest name in security.
This role is to work within the Facilities Services for a leading automotive manufacturer in commercial vehicles.
Contract Information:
Pay Rate: 13.01 per hour
Hours per week: 37.5 hours
Shift Pattern: 7:30am - 16:00pm
SIA Licenses: Door Supervisor or Security Guarding

Your Time at Work
As a Receptionist your duties will include:
- Manage telephone console and department mailbox
- Meet and greet internal/external visitors
- Arrange client visits, access, and lunches
- Control site access; issue and log visitor passes
- Order stationery, consumables, and PPE
- Handle incoming/outgoing post, couriers, and parcels
- Conduct weekly fire alarm tests
- Perform first aider and fire marshal duties (training provided)
- Manage door entry cards and update access database
- Support purchase orders and vendor setup
- Process hire car requests
- Maintain coffee machines (milk, minor issues)
- Undertake general admin tasks as required
- Follow H&S practices, company policies, and procedures
- Keep reception area tidy and presentable
- Manage reception mailbox (e.g., buffet lunch orders)
- Oversee archive requests and shred bin management
- Secure and control site keys in reception
- Maintain and update Reception User Manual
