Contract: Full-time, long-term (Full Academic Year)

Long Term Futures is seeking an experienced and confident HLTA to support across Key Stage 2 in a well-regarded primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham. This role is ideal for a skilled Teaching Assistant ready to step up, lead learning, and deliver high-quality support across upper primary.

The school is looking for someone with strong classroom presence, excellent behaviour management, and secure KS2 curriculum knowledge.

About the Role
Working closely with the KS2 phase leader and class teachers, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons during PPA cover across KS2
* Leading small-group interventions in reading, writing and maths
* Supporting pupils with varying learning needs, including light SEN support
* Managing classroom behaviour confidently and consistently
* Assisting with planning and adapting learning activities where required
* Contributing to assessment and pupil progress tracking
This is a varied and rewarding role, offering a balance of classroom leadership and targeted academic support.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* HLTA status or significant experience at HLTA level
* Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
* Confident leading whole-class sessions independently
* Excellent behaviour management skills
* Proactive, organised and committed to a long-term role
