We are partnering with a large, well-resourced college in South Yorkshire to recruit full-time Learning Support Assistants (LSAs). These long-term roles are perfect for candidates passionate about supporting students with additional needs and making a real difference in their educational journey.

As an LSA, you will support students aged 16-25 with a range of additional needs, including SEND, SEMH, or learning difficulties. You'll work closely with pupils 1:1 or in small groups, helping them access the curriculum, manage behaviour, and build confidence. This role is ideal for calm, patient, and proactive individuals who can form strong, trusting relationships with students.
