We are working in partnership with a large college in South Yorkshire to recruit full-time Learning Support Assistants for long-term roles starting immediately. These positions are ideal for experienced support professionals who are passionate about helping learners with additional needs succeed.

You will be supporting students aged 16-25, all of whom have a range of additional needs, within a supportive and inclusive college environment.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with learners who require additional support, including those with SEND, SEMH, or learning difficulties. Support may be delivered on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping students access the curriculum, manage behaviour, and build confidence.
