We are working in partnership with a large college in South Yorkshire to recruit full-time Learning Support Assistants for long-term roles starting immediately. These positions are ideal for experienced support professionals who are passionate about helping learners with additional needs succeed.
You will be supporting students aged 16-25, all of whom have a range of additional needs, within a supportive and inclusive college environment.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with learners who require additional support, including those with SEND, SEMH, or learning difficulties. Support may be delivered on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping students access the curriculum, manage behaviour, and build confidence.
We are looking for calm, patient, and proactive individuals who can build strong, positive relationships and make a meaningful difference to students' educational journeys.
