Teamforce is seeking experienced PTS COSS (Controller of Site Safety) for long-term rail projects in Leeds, Yorkshire.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with 3+ years of relevant rail experience, a strong commitment to safety compliance, and a proven record of reliability within safety-critical environments.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

- Hold a valid COSS (Controller of Site Safety) certification
- Hold a valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) qualification
- Have a Primary Sponsor or hold a valid Drugs & Alcohol (D&A) certificate dated within the last 3 months
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a COSS role on rail infrastructure projects
- Be able to provide an up-to-date CV detailing relevant experience and qualifications
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of site safety procedures and Network Rail standards
- Be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Shift Details:

- Shift Types: Days and Nights available
- Shift Length: 8–12 hours
- Duration: Ongoing works
- Weekend Work: Available
