Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour
Hours: 7.5 hours per week
Working Pattern:
Monday – Friday: 17:30 – 19:00
No weekend work
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (subject to attendance, performance and client approval)
A professional facilities services provider is seeking a reliable Evening Cleaner to support cleaning services within a corporate banking environment in Castleford. This role requires a trustworthy and dependable individual who is comfortable working independently and maintaining high cleaning standards within a secure site.
Duties and Responsibilities
General office cleaning
Cleaning welfare facilities and washrooms
Hoovering, mopping and dusting
Emptying bins and maintaining hygiene standards
Securing the building when required
Following site security and health & safety procedures
Requirements
Ability to work alone and manage key holder responsibilities
Comfortable using alarm systems and security procedures
Must use a telephone-based time and attendance system (mandatory requirement)
Strong reliability and attention to detail
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Compliance Requirements
Due to the nature of the working environment, successful applicants must be able to complete:
Basic DBS Check
Adverse Financial Check
Right to Work verification in the UK
Candidates must present valid Right to Work documentation at induction. Failure to provide documentation will result in the placement being withdrawn.
