The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an experienced, ambitious, and inspirational leader as a third Deputy Headteacher to build on the school’s strong foundations and help drive learning forwards.

The successful candidate will:
● Provide aspirational leadership that strengthens a culture of high achievement and excellence

● Place students at the heart of all decision-making
● Monitor progress towards strategic aims and objectives, managing staff and resources effectively to secure sustained improvement
