We’re looking for a Strategy and Engagement Manager to lead transformative change at a pivotal time for our service, our partners, and our communities.

What you’ll lead on:
- Developing a new Waste Strategy for Derbyshire in preparation for Local Government Reorganisation
- Driving collaborative partnerships across local, regional and national systems
- Leading major programmes including food waste collections and consistent recycling
- Empowering teams, partners and communities through effective engagement
- Using insight and data to shape policy and deliver meaningful change
