Start Date: ASAPActual working hours to be negotiated with the Headteacher. Sutton Tuition and Reintegration Service (STARS) are seeking to appoint a highly skilled Premises and Facilities Manager to join their staff team. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, adaptable and have recent experience as well as a good working knowledge of premises, grounds, health and safety and security. STARS was judged as outstanding in the most recent Ofsted inspection (February 2024). We work with children and young people with complex medical needs who are unable, either temporarily or longer term, to access their mainstream school. The majority of pupils attend the Drapers Centre in Carshalton where they are able to access the curriculum in small groups in a nurturing and therapeutic setting. Other pupils may receive 1-1 individual tuition at various sites within the London Borough of Sutton including the school room at the Royal Marsden Hospital. • Access to employee support.The role will involve contact with children and the post-holder will be engaging in regulated activity with children.
