Role: EHCP and Transitions Co-Ordinator:
Location: Wolverhampton.
Type: Temp
Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week
Salary: Up to £25 per hour

Key Details:
- To co-ordinate learning support for students with EHCPs or identified additional needs within an inclusive framework across all curriculum areas.
- Interpret and implement legal requirements relating to EHCPs and the SEND Code of Practice, ensuring compliance across the SEND team.
- Oversee and line manage the access arrangements team, ensuring appropriate reasonable adjustments are in place for examinations.
- Complete and monitor Local Authority funding claims and support internal and external audits to ensure accurate and compliant high needs funding.
- Need Enhanced DBS on update service or willing to apply for the new one.
