This Recruitment Resourcer role will be perfect for you if you’re driven and love interacting with people. You don’t need recruitment experience - we’ll train you from the ground up and give you the chance to learn and grow.

No two days are the same here, you’ll get involved in different parts of the business, and you’ll be building a career in an industry with loads of opportunity and real job satisfaction.
Benefits / Details:
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
• Salary: £26k per annum + commission
• Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Full training provided – no recruitment experience needed!
What will you be doing as the Recruitment Resourcer?
• Finding candidates for live vacancies
• Speaking to candidates and carrying out interviews
• Reviewing CVs and replying to job applications
• Booking and coordinating interviews
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Supporting the recruitment process day-to-day
What do you need to be considered for the role of Recruitment Resourcer?
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Comfortable speaking to people at all levels
