About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Property Manager to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role involving both office-based tasks and fieldwork, supporting tenants, landlords, and our internal team with day-to-day property management duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Visiting tenanted properties to collect rent, deliver paperwork, and conduct property inspections.
Responding to repair reports, diagnosing the cause, and instructing the appropriate contractor.
Assisting with preparing new tenancies and onboarding new tenants.
Taking phone calls and handling enquiries from both tenants and landlords.
Conducting property viewings and assisting with rental applications.
Helping to arrange necessary compliance checks (e.g. gas safety, EICRs).
Installing smoke and CO2 alarms when required.
Supporting other team members with general property management tasks both in and out of the office.
Requirements:
Must have access to your own vehicle (mileage allowance provided).
Previous experience in the property industry is desirable.
Strong experience in property maintenance or repair coordination is highly desirable.
Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Organised, reliable, and professional with a can-do attitude.
