About the role

We are seeking a new team member to support the delivery of a customer-focused and efficient Education Operations service within the Education Services Directorate. Working under the direction of the Head of Education Operations and as part of a wider collaborative team, you will provide operational, administrative and project support across a wide range of activities.

The role includes supporting commercial operations and directorate communications by producing newsletters, committee papers and reports; collating and reporting data; undertaking desk research; participating in student engagement activities and maintaining accurate documentation and systems.

The role is based primarily on-campus, some flexible working from home can be accommodated within business needs.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the delivery of an effective and flexible Education Operations service
• Producing and maintaining high-quality communications, including newsletters, web content, SharePoint pages, posters and displays
• Collating, maintaining and reporting on data using a range of systems
• Providing administrative and project support, including meeting and event coordination
• Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting continuous improvement of processes
