About the Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our friendly nursery team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and helping them to learn, grow and thrive.
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5, supporting their development in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Support children’s learning and development through purposeful play
Observe, assess and record children’s progress using our nursery systems
Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
Promote children’s independence, confidence and wellbeing
Work as part of a team to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
Follow nursery routines and policies, including safeguarding and health and safety
Support children with additional needs where required
Communicate effectively with parents and carers
Maintain high standards of care and professionalism at all times
Person Specification
Essential
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
Experience of working with young children in an early years setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A warm, positive and nurturing approach
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Ability to use initiative and work flexibly
Desirable
Paediatric First Aid qualification
Experience as a key person
Knowledge of supporting children with SEND
Experience using online learning journals
Safeguarding and Recruitment
