Summary

Early Years Educator (Level 3) – £13 per hour – Permanent



The nursery provides care and early years education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, organised across carefully planned, age-specific rooms. Day-to-day work focuses on purposeful play, and supporting children’s development at their own pace, using both indoor and outdoor environments. This role is perfect for an experienced Early Years Educator who is confident delivering quality practice within an established team.



Before You Apply



  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.

  • Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting is essential.

  • This role is not suitable for unqualified candidates or those new to early years practice.

What You’ll Need



  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)

  • Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting

  • Sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities

  • Ability to work reliably within daily routines and expectations



What You’ll Do



  • Deliver consistent, high-quality care and learning within your assigned room

  • Support children’s development through play, routine, and planned activities

  • Follow EYFS requirements, safeguarding procedures, and nursery policies

  • Observe, record, and contribute to assessments of children’s progress

  • Maintain safe, clean, and organised learning environments

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity of care
