Role Purpose
The Chief Growth Officer & Head of Commercials – UK is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, commercial strategy, and market expansion for OvoTech’s healthcare offerings in the United Kingdom. In addition to leading OvoTech’s core healthcare solutions, the role carries responsibility for planning and enabling the introduction and expansion of broader MEDISCAN DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES LTD products and services within the UK market, aligned with group strategy.
Scope of Responsibility
The role has primary accountability for the UK healthcare market while supporting the expansion of MEDISCAN DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES LTD platforms, solutions, and services across the UK region as required.
Key Responsibilities
A. UK Healthcare Growth & Revenue Leadership
• Own and deliver revenue targets for Mediscan’s healthcare offerings in the UK.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for NHS, private healthcare providers, and health‑tech clients.
• Build and maintain a strong, predictable healthcare-focused sales pipeline.
• Position OvoTech as a trusted healthcare and digital transformation partner.
B. Commercial Strategy & Deal Ownership
• Lead pricing, proposals, and commercial frameworks for healthcare solutions.
• Personally lead and close complex enterprise and public-sector healthcare deals.
• Ensure commercial terms align with margin, risk, and delivery governance.
C. Expansion of MEDISCAN DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES LTD Products & Services in the UK
• Identify and plan opportunities to introduce and scale broader MEDISCAN DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES LTD products and services in the UK.
• Work with group product, engineering, and delivery teams to localise offerings.
• Support cross-sell and integrated solution opportunities beyond healthcare.
D. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
• Build strategic relationships with NHS bodies, private healthcare groups, system integrators, and partners.
• Develop partner-led sales and consortium models where appropriate.
E. Leadership & Team Development
• Build, lead, and mentor UK-based sales, business development, and partner teams.
• Define KPIs, targets, and performance management frameworks.
• Drive a high-performance, ethical, and accountable commercial culture.
F. Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with UK healthcare regulations, procurement frameworks, and data protection requirements.
• Manage commercial, contractual, and delivery risks.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline, revenue, and strategic initiatives to group leadership.
Success Measures
• Achievement of UK healthcare revenue targets.
• Strength and quality of sales pipeline.
• Successful onboarding and expansion of healthcare clients.
• Identification and initiation of additional MEDISCAN DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES LTD product and service opportunities in the UK.
• Partner contribution and overall market positioning.
