About the role
Join our team in the Melcombe Regis area of Weymouth, where you'll be supporting a woman in her 30s who has learning disabilities and lives independently in her own home.
She does not use words to communicate, but she expresses herself clearly through vocalisations, body language, and eye contact. She uses a wheelchair and enjoys an active, meaningful routine filled with the things she loves. Your role will be to ensure her comfort, safety, and wellbeing throughout the night, responding to her needs with sensitivity and confidence.
