Female Night Support Worker – Maternity Cover (6–9 Months)
Location: Portland, Dorset
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Nights – 8:00pm to 8:00am (12-hour shifts)

We’re looking for a compassionate Female Support Worker to join our care team, supporting one individual in their family home in Portland, Dorset.She enjoys a calm environment, watching films and having someone there who understands her needs and helps make her evenings feel safe, supported and comfortable.
This is a one-to-one night support role where you’ll help with:
Night-time routines and reassurance
General support throughout the evening
Promoting comfort, safety and a peaceful environment
Your experience will help shape her journey – especially if you’ve supported individuals with:
