Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (Monday-Friday)
Location: Wolverhampton (WV10 6TB)

Additional Information: A full UK driving licence is essential, as this is a roaming role involving a mix of home working, office, and home visits.

We’re looking for a dedicated Income Management Officer to join our friendly and high-performing income management team. You’ll support customers in managing their income, accessing benefits, and sustaining their tenancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Account Management: Take responsibility for a patch of customer accounts, working towards positive financial outcomes.
  • Customer Support: Offer guidance on income collection, benefits, and income maximisation.
  • Income Recovery: Lead proactive efforts to recover income and meet agreed targets.
  • Data Monitoring and Analysis: Track income performance and use data insights to improve outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Housing Sector Experience: A background in income-related roles within housing is essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to engage clearly and confidently with customers and stakeholders.
  • Target-Oriented: Motivated by achieving results and performance objectives.
  • Independent and Resourceful: Able to work autonomously and solve problems effectively, using tenacity, a fair but firm approach, and empathy.

You'll need the confidence to make sound decisions, manage challenging conversations, and support customers to improve their financial wellbeing.
