Some residents may display challenging behaviour, and you will play a key role in keeping them safe, supported and empowered throughout the night.The RoleSupport residents overnight, ensuring their wellbeing and comfortProvide personal care with dignity and compassionCommunicate clearly and adapt to individual needsRespond to crises and offer emotional supportComplete household tasks, administer medication and maintain accurate recordsWork collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred careAbout YouYou are reliable, respectful and confident working independently while also being a strong team player. You adapt well to different needs and are committed to providing inclusive, person-centred support. Experience is helpful, but full training is provided.
