You will need to have excellent communication skills to maintain and build on established relationships with a portfolio of landlords and estate agents that work in partnership with the team. You will also lead on increasing the portfolio by tailoring and negotiating an offer that benefits both parties and enhance our service to support clients into private rented accommodation.
We need someone who is experienced with people management, can make complex decisions and problem solve, all whilst overseeing the day-to-day operational delivery of a busy service.
If you are motivated to deliver high quality service and outcomes to those in need of support, have a flexible and adaptable approach and can lead by example then this is the job for you!
As this post will work on a reactive and sometimes unplanned basis, citywide, there is a requirement to have access to a car which you can use for work.
