Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, 07:30–15:30

The Role
The Mobile Cleaner will deliver high‑quality cleaning services across communal areas within designated homes throughout Cardiff. This includes Community Living schemes, homeless hostels, high‑rise buildings, and low‑rise blocks of flats. The role is centred around resident wellbeing, ensuring all shared spaces remain clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out cleaning duties across multiple sites, ensuring communal areas are consistently maintained to a high standard.
Support the cleanliness and safety of environments within Community Living schemes, hostels, and residential blocks.
Work independently across various locations, managing time and tasks effectively.
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a resident‑focused approach at all times.
Report any issues, hazards, or maintenance concerns promptly.
Uphold health and safety procedures and follow all cleaning protocols.
Candidate Requirements
Previous cleaning experience, ideally within residential or communal settings.
Ability to work independently and travel between sites as required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Good communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference to residents’ environments.
Flexibility to work across various locations within Cardiff.
