Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Mobile Estates Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing and maintaining our diverse estates, ensuring that all areas are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing while providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors. As a Mobile Estates Operative, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that require both technical skills and a hands-on approach. You will be on the move, working in different locations, which will provide a dynamic work environment each day. Your duties will range from routine maintenance to emergency response tasks, ensuring that our properties and outdoor areas are kept in pristine condition. You will collaborate closely with other team members and departments to quickly address any issues that arise, contributing to a positive living experience for everyone in the community. Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of estates to identify and address maintenance needs.
Perform landscaping duties including mowing, planting, pruning, and general upkeep of outdoor areas.
Ensure that shared facilities such as laundry rooms, recycling areas, and playgrounds are clean and functional.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from residents.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment usage.
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate larger repair projects as needed.
Operate vehicles and equipment safely while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
Proven experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members.
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and techniques used in property maintenance.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.25
