Summary
Cleaning operatives required to work with the Lewisham, Peckham and Southwark areas of London on a full time basis, from 9am - 5pm.
Cleaning duties using appropriate equipment and materials, to include:
- Sweeping of hard floors and walkways, damp and wet mopping of hard floors and walkways.
- Sweeping of external areas e.g. pathways/pavement/channels and courtyards.
- Scrubbing of internal and external hard floors, walkways and other areas as might be directed.
- Wall wash, high cleaning of walls, associated furniture, fixtures, fittings and internal window cleaning.
- Collection and removal of bulk/bagged refuse from all areas on the estate.
- Emptying of external litterbins and rotation of paladin refuse stores.
- Litter picking/leaf clearing/snow clearing
- Cleaning of major spillage, soilage and other deposits.
Driving licence for certain role will be required but is not essential.
A DBS check and health declaration may be asked to be completed at offer stage.
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Contract length: 3 - 6 months
