Hours: 4 hours per week (Wednesdays)
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Lily is a lovely 20-year-old young woman looking for a friendly, supportive Personal Assistant who feels more like a mate than a carer.
Lily lives at home with her mum and currently attends college. She’s autistic, has ADHD, moderate learning difficulties, and experiences anxiety. She can be shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, Lily is funny, friendly, chatty, and great company.

About the Role
This role is all about supporting Lily to build confidence and independence, while having fun along the way. Support may include:
Spending time together doing things Lily enjoys
Supporting Lily to develop independence skills such as simple cooking
Helping Lily learn to use public transport
Exploring opportunities like volunteering or community activities
Encouraging confidence in social situations
Providing calm, patient support when anxiety is high
About You

Understand (or are willing to learn about) autism, ADHD, and anxiety
Can build trust and go at Lily’s pace

This role is subject to references and a satisfactory DBS check
