We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Surveyor (Disrepair) at the PO2 level to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess disrepair issues.
Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for repairs.
Collaborate with tenants and property managers to discuss inspection results.
Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations in property assessments.
Communicate effectively with contractors and other stakeholders regarding repairs needed.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and communications.
Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in surveying and property maintenance.
Requirements
Qualified member of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS).
Proven experience in property surveying or a related field.
Strong understanding of building construction and maintenance practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-specialists.
Proficient in report writing and documentation.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Pay Per Day: £296.98
