• Working from home 1 day per week
• Picking up cases and seeing them through from start to finish
• Fully understanding and managing the disrepair process
• Assessing properties and specifying required works
• Commissioning works and overseeing contractors on site
• Ensuring cases are taken through to post-completion inspection
• Liaising confidently and assertively with contractors and stakeholders
• Handling a mix of disrepair cases and adaptation referrals
About You

Essential requirements:
• HND in Building Surveying (minimum)
• Ideally Degree in Building Surveying
• Proven experience managing disrepair cases end-to-end
• Strong understanding of the disrepair process
• Ability to assess, specify, commission, and oversee works
• Assertive and professional when dealing with contractors
• Excellent organisational and case management skills
Personal Attributes
• Honest, trustworthy, and high integrity
• Confident decision-maker
• Professional and reliable
• Comfortable working autonomously
What’s on Offer
