What is the job role?
We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner to create a stimulating, safe, and engaging learning environment for our youngest learners. The successful candidate will plan and deliver creative, play-based learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, support children’s social and emotional development, and work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure every child thrives and reaches their full potential.
Who are we looking for?We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years practitioner who believes in giving every child the very best start in life. The successful candidate will be warm, patient and enthusiastic, with a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework. They will be creative in their approach to learning, committed to high expectations, and able to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who will embrace our school values and help create a safe, stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
