Mon–Thurs 07:00–17:00 | Fri 07:00–14:00 (Early Finish Every Friday)

We are working with a well-established and growing stainless steel fabrication business in Leicester who are looking to add an experienced TIG Fabricator to their team on a permanent basis.

This is hands-on, high-quality fabrication — not repetitive production work. You’ll be involved from fabrication through to welding, working on bespoke stainless projects both in the workshop and occasionally on-site.

The Role

• Fabricating and TIG welding stainless steel components

  
  

• Working from engineering drawings

  
  

• Building products from scratch — not just welding prepped parts

  
  

• Workshop-based with some site installation work

  
  

• Maintaining high quality and Health & Safety standards

  
  

  This is a varied role where your fabrication ability is just as important as your welding.

    ✅ What We’re Looking For

    • Proven TIG fabrication experience (essential)

      
      

    • Strong background working with stainless steel

      
      

    • Confident reading and working from technical drawings

      
      

    • Able to fabricate independently

      
      

    • High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
